APOSTILLE FACILITATION SERVICES
Fast, Professional Assistance for International Documents
When your documents need to be recognized in another country, they may require an apostille — a certified authentication issued by the state. Capital City Notary & Field Services provides professional facilitation, helping you navigate the process with clarity, accuracy, and convenience.
I handle the logistics so you don’t have to.
What Is an Apostille?
An apostille is an international certification that verifies the authenticity of:
- Notarized documents
- Vital records
- Court documents
- Business paperwork
- Educational certificates
- And other official documents
It allows your document to be recognized in countries that are part of the Hague Convention.

Non-Hague (Legalization) Country Document Services
If your document will be used in a country that does not participate in the Hague Convention, it will require legalization instead of an apostille.
I can assist by preparing your documents for submission and coordinating the mailing or courier delivery to:
- The Illinois Secretary of State
- The U.S. Department of State (if required)
- The appropriate consulate or embassy
Processing requirements vary by country, and I will guide you through each step needed to complete the authentication process.
