CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Travel Fees
Travel fees apply to all mobile services and are collected upfront as a deposit.
Travel fees are non-refundable.
2. Appointment Arrival & Waiting Policy
I will wait up to 10 minutes at your appointment location.
After 10 minutes:
- A $10 waiting fee applies for every 15 minutes
- Maximum wait time: 30 minutes
- If the service cannot be completed after 30 minutes, the appointment will be marked a no-show
3. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when:
- The client is not present
- The signer refuses to sign
- The signer lacks valid ID
- The location is inaccessible
- The client is more than 30 minutes late
All no-shows result in no refunds.
A new deposit must be paid to reschedule.
4. After-Hours, Holiday, and Weekend Appointments
These appointments do not have stricter cancellation rules, but:
- Additional fees for these times are collected in the deposit
- All such deposits remain non-refundable
5. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
