Yes. I can take clear, timestamped photos of visible damage and provide a comprehensive photo report based solely on what is observed.
However, I do not assess the cause of damage, estimate repair costs, or provide any legal opinions. My role is strictly documentation, so you have accurate visuals for your records, insurance, or property management needs.

A property check is a visual walkthrough of the exterior or interior (if access is provided). I document general condition, verify requested details, and take photos if you choose that add-on.
